When we talk about per minute calling rates and the 'included minutes' in our Postpaid monthly plans, these don't apply to video calling, directory assistance, operator-assisted, 0900 and other types of chargeable calls like these.

If you decide to join us with a Postpaid monthly plan for a fixed term and then find you need to end the term early, then there will be some early disconnection charges or repayment of the mobile subsidy if you chose to receive one.

• The billing month anniversary date is set as the day of the month when you first use your Prepaid Mobile Broadband. Unused Prepaid credit and account credit expires after 12 months
• Double Data: If you sign up to any Pay monthly 500MB, 2GB or 4GB Mobile Broadband plan before 30 June 2011 we will double your included data allowance to 1GB, 4GB or 8GB per month for the first 3 billing months of your plan. Additional data charges of 10¢/MB apply for data over the included data allowance
• Additional data charges apply after the included data allowance is all used in the billing month, until the end of the billing month
