Telecom’s CDMA network is closing in July – Make the move today

After 31 July 2012 all CDMA phones will no longer work (even for emergency 111 calls). However, making the move to the new Smartphone Network is as easy as 123. All you have to do is enter your CDMA mobile number to see if you are eligible for one of our exclusive offers.

CDMA mobile network

This July we'll be closing our CDMA mobile network. You will need to make the simple move to the Smartphone Network. Making the move is easy, you can keep your number and we’ll help you move your contacts over.

Emergency calls on your CDMA mobile

The CDMA mobile network is closing on 31 July 2012. That means if you have a CDMA mobile you will not be able to use it after this date and not be able to make emergency 111 calls.

Terms and Conditions

  • The billing month anniversary date is set as the day of the month when you first use your Prepaid Mobile Broadband. Unused Prepaid credit and account credit expires after 12 months
  • Double Data: If you sign up to any Pay monthly 500MB, 2GB or 4GB Mobile Broadband plan before 30 June 2011 we will double your included data allowance to 1GB, 4GB or 8GB per month for the first 3 billing months of your plan. Additional data charges of 10¢/MB apply for data over the included data allowance
  • Additional data charges apply after the included data allowance is all used in the billing month, until the end of the billing month
