If you are in Northland - Kerikeri & Kaitaia areas, due to a Network Fault, some customers may be experiencing loss of service on their phone lines. Our technicians are currently working to fix this issue.
At this time we are unable to confirm when your service will be restored.
If you are experiencing a loss of service that is not described above please call 120 for home phone issues or 0800 22 55 98 for Internet faults.
Alternatively, you can choose to log your fault through our email address which is online_faults@telecom.co.nz.
